  • Open activity

This approach didn’t focus on disability. Everyone does the same activity without adaptation or modification. It is a simple activity based on what the entire group can do

  • Modified activity

It is the same task for everyone with rules, areas or equipment adaptations.

  • Parallel activity

Everyone does the same activity but at different level. The rules, equipment and playing area can be different in all group to suit the requirements of the group that is playing.

  • Separate activity

Disabled participants play separately, either as individuals or in teams. They purposefully planned different activity.

  • Disability sport activity

A group of non-disabled participants take part in an activity that has a disability sport focus. This is integration.
